How to set up a calendar resource in Outlook 2003/2007      
There are many different types of calendar resources. Two common examples are: Location resource - Used to reserve a location, like a conference room. Equipment resource - Used to reserve a piece of equipment, like a laptop. Resources can be set up in two ways: Auto-Accept - The resource automatically accepts meetings it's invited to, so long as there are no conflicts. Moderated - The resource is moderated by a delegate. The delegate is responsible for accepting or declining meetings on behalf of the resource.
