Setting a standard workday for your calendar in Outlook Web Access      
Your calendar in Outlook Web Access (OWA) is set up to use the default workday, which runs from 8:00am to 5:00pm. You can change the workday so it reflects your actual work hours, such as 8:00am to 4:30pm. Your workday is displayed on your calendar in light tan and non-working hours appear in dark tan.
 
Setting a standard workday for your calendar in Entourage 2004      
The setting for your standard workday is stored by your local copy of Entourage. In other words, when you view your calendar in Outlook Web Access (OWA) or Outlook, it will display the default workday (8am to 5pm). If you want your standard workday to appear in another client, you will have to set it up like you did in Entourage.

In Outlook 2003, your workday appears in light yellow and non-working hours appear in light orange. In Outlook 2007, your workday appears in white and non-working hours appear light blue.
 
WPI Exchange Server Guide for Students      
WPI Exchange Server is a tool available to students which allows access to email, calendars, and contacts. There benefits of an Exchange account include the ability to access mail anywhere from an internet browser through Outlook Web Access, or through any Outlook Client, as well as the ability to share your calendar and schedule with faculty and other students and also to view the shared calendars of anyone who has shared it with you. This is very useful when trying to find times for group meetings or to set up To-Do Lists between multiple people.
 
Creating and viewing group schedules in Outlook 2003/2007      
Type a name for the new Group Schedule. For example, when creating a group schedule that includes everyone in your department, type your department's name in this box. On the left side of the window, click in the Group Members column where it says, Click here to add a name. Type the first and last name or the ULID of a person you want to add to this group. Then press Enter. Valid names are underlined by Outlook; if a name is not underlined, that person has not been properly added to the group. Repeat steps 5 and 6 to add each person to the group. Each person's availability appears in the calendar area to the right. If a person's calendar is shared with you, you can see the details of his or her calendar events. Otherwise, only the person's availability (busy, tentative, and out of office) is shown. When you are done, click Save and Close.
 
Add an Exchange E-mail Profile in Outlook 2003      
Open the Mail Setup dialog box by navigating to the Control Panel and double-click Mail (Classic View). Note: If you are using Control Panel Category View, double-click User Accounts, and then click Mail.
